(five lines above the listing for Nancy Slavens is a listing for a William B.(?) something. It's not perfectly plain
that the letter immediately after the William is a B; it doesn't look much like the other capital B's on the page, 
and the "straight line" portion of the B is probably just an upsweep from the "m" on William, as can be seen on the
William immediately after Nancy's entry. The first letter in the last name is hard to make out; it doesn't look like 
the S's on most of the page, but eight lines above this entry is a "Richard Schuster" where the S is quite similar to
this entry. There doesn't appear to be an "l" following the S, but the other letters appear to be "oven". Could this 
be a mangled-up Slaven? Here is the listing, then, as best as I can make out:
