Bigamy-- Thomas Devine or Divine, was sentenced to 12 months' imprisonment for bigamy, he having in April 1877 entered into
a matrimonial relation with a domestic servant at Comiston, while a woman named Isabella Slaven, to whom he was married in
Glasgow in 1868, was still alive.
