Inquest No. 15-- Held on the 29th inst., on the corner of First and Green streets, on the body of Hugh
Slavin, 1st Sergeant, company A, 16th U.S. Infantry. Verdict-- came to his death by a gunshot wound
through the body from the hands of the Patrol Guards while in the act of resisting them in the discharge
of their duty.
