No Damages from Magistrate.

Efforts of Michael C. Slaven to recover damages from Magistrate Thomas W. South for an alleged summary commitment to the House of Correction for violation of the Sunday closing law, proved futile in Court of Common Pleas No. 5 yesterday. Judge Davis granted the motion made by the defendant's counsel for a non-suit.
