Judge Robb this morning heard tbe case of tbe State of Ohio against Ed Slavin and found him not guilty. Slavin was arrested at Bluffton for attempting to rob the blacksmith shop of H. F. Beery at Bluffton and was bound over to the probate court. The Judge found no cause of action.
