Slavens Decision Reversed-- Loble and Adair yesterday received word from the clerk of the federal court of appeals in San Francisco that the case of John Slavens against the Standard Accident Insurance company recently tried in the federal district court in Helena, has been reversed. Slavens who sued the company to collect on an accident policy, lost the verdict in court here and an appeal was taken. Attorney Adair argued the case for Slavens about three weeks ago in San Francisco. The case is now sent back for further action.
