SUPREME COURT--KINGS COUNTY.--MATTHEW MORRISON and JAMES BEACOM against FELIX SLEAVIN, Summons for a money demand on contract. To the above named defendant: You are hereby summoned and required to answer the complaint in this action, of which a copy is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your answer to the said complaint on the subscriber, at his office, No. 377 Fulton street, opposite the City Hall, in the City of Brooklyn, within twenty days after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the said complaint within the time aforesaid, the plaintiffs in this action will take judgment against you for the sum of one hundred and forty six dollars and seventy seven cents, with interest from the 22d day of December, 1856, besides the costs of this action. Dated Jan. 2, 1858.
