A. G. Slevin's Funeral.

The funeral of Andrew Gross Slevin, of Franklin place, who died last Sunday, was held this morning in St. Mary's Church. The sermon was conducted by the Rev. Father Smythe, assisted by Fathers Stafford and Murphy and the latter made a short but touching address over the remains.

During the service Miss May Flanagan sang the solo "Calvary", and together with T. Comerlord and W. O Connor, sang "O Jesus, Jesus." The casket was literally covered with white roses and lillies, the gifts of friends.

The body was taken to a vault in Hillside Cemetery, where it is to remain until a plot can be procured in St. Mary's Cemetery.
