Was the Former Elizabeth A. Fitzpatrick; Funeral To Be Conducted From Waterford Home.

Mrs. Augustine F. Slavin died at her residence, 54 Saratoga avenue, Northside, last evening. She was the former Elizabeth A. Fitzpatrick, daughter of the late William Fitzpatrick, prominent Troy tobacco merchant, and the late Elizabeth McVan Fitzpatrick. She was the wife of Augustine F. Slavin and the mother of Rev. William M. Slavin and Mrs. H. Kenneth Lavin, of Troy, and Miss Elizebeth M. Slavin of Northside and the grandmother of Thomas H. Lavin. Mrs. Slavin was the sister of Thomas Fitzpatrick and Mrs. Charles B. Geaser and the late John P., William J., and Henry C. Fitzpatrick, all of Troy, and Mrs. Anna F. Carty of Fair Haven, Vt.

Mrs. Slavin was a communicant of St. Mary's Church, Waterford, and in the summer of St. Henry's Church, Averill Park. She was a member of the Altar Society of St. Mary's Church and the Auxiliary of the Good Shepherd Convent.

The funeral will be held Monday at 10 a.m. from the residence and thence to St. Mary's Church, Waterford, where a solemn requiem mass will be sung at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Troy.
