The funeral of Mr. Michael Slavin, who died last Friday, took place yesterday morning at 9 o'clock. Services were conducted at St. Gregory's Catholic Church by the pastor, Father Owen B. Corrigan. The pallbearers were selected from the Catholic Benevolent Legion, of which he was a member. Interment was in Bonnie Brae Cemetery. Undertaker Fay had charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Michael Slavin died August 5 at his late home, 1215 Park Terrace. Mr. Slavin was born in Ireland seventy years ago. For over forthy years he lived in South Baltimore, where he was engaged in the grocery business. He retired from active business several years ago. He is survived by a widow, two children, and five grandchildren. The children are Mr. John J. Slavin and Mrs. John P. Singleton. Funeral services were held in St. Gregory's Church, where Requiem Mass was offered by the Rev. Owen B. Corrigan, the pastor. Mr. Slavin was a member of the Catholic Benevolent Legion.
