MRS MINERVA SLAVENS IS DEAD AT HOME NEAR LINDEN.

Lingering Illness Terminates in Death This Morning - Funeral Saturday.

Linden, March -- Mrs. Minerva Slavens, seventy years old, widow of the late Thomas Slavens, died this morning at three-thirty at her home southeast of Linden after a lingering illness. Uremic poisoning caused her death. She is survived by three children, Edward of Kansas, Jay of Linden, and Mrs. William Lockard of near Linden. Funeral services will be conducted from the late home Saturday morning at ten thirty, with burial in the Linden cemetery. Rev. A. E. House will officiate.
