There is a Ray Slavens currently residing in Ottumwa Iowa. Our ancestors moved to Monroe Co. Missouri in 1799-1830. A one Mr.Avery Peak's sister married a Slaven.There is another woman a Ms. Pauline Slaven who can document and trace this further I understand. She may be able to help us both. Please contact me.
