There was but one case before the Court this morning. A complaint against Wm. Slavin, for assault and battery on Wm. H. Pullen. The respondent plead guilty and was fined by the Court ten dollars, and costs of prosecution. W. D. Lake, for Prosecution. F.B. Peckham, Jr., for Defendant. Adjourned to 3 o'clock this P.M.
