The trial of the suit of Louis R. Slevin of St. Louis against K.O. Lee is on trial today. The defendant contracted with a firm for about $400 worth of bicycles. The contract was transferred to Slevin, who seeks to collect for the goods, which the defendant alleges were of inferior quality, and he therefore resists payment. Seeley and Mason are Slevin's attorneys and J.H. McCoy represents K.O. Lee.
