Mr. Slevin, manager of the Letterkenny branch of the Hibernian Bank, appeared at the Falcarragh Star Chamber Crimes Act Court, before Mr. Hamilton, R.M., in answer to a summons to produce the bank books, and vouchers, and to give evidence concerning the Plan of Campaign deposits. Mr. Slevin, acting under legal advice, refused to produce the books, which were not legally in his possession.
