The trial in Justice Johnson's court yesterday of the Italians concerned in the row in which Ed. Slavin was fatally injured, resulted in the discharge of Sam Cappola and Paul Tucci and the holding over to the grand jury of De Pompa. The last named is an aged man and in unable to speak English.
