NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

In the Goods of DANIEL SLAVIN, late of Portarlington, in the Queen's County, farmer and publican, deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given, that, pursuant to the statute the 22nd and 23rd Victoria, cap. 36, instituted an Act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees, that all Persons claiming to be Creditors or having any Claim or Demand against the Assets of the said Daniel Slavin, deceased, who died on the 20th day of January, 1881, at Portarlington, aforesaid, are hereby required on or before the 16th day of APRIL, 1881, to furnish the written particulars of such Claim or Demand, to the undersigned Solicitor, for ELIZABETH SLAVIN, of Portarlington, in the Queen's County, aforesaid, widow, to whom Letters of Administration of the Estate and Effects of the said Daniel Slavin, were granted forth of the Probate and Matrimonial Division, of the High Court of Justice in Ireland, on the 3rd day. of MARCH, 1881; and Notice is hereby further given, that, on and after said date, the said ELIZABETH SLAVIN, will proceed to distribute the Assets of the said Daniel Slavin, deceased, having regard only to such Claims or Demands, of which She shall then have received Notice.
