The Fenians-- The trial of the Fenians captured last summer, is still in progress at Toronto. Rev. Mr. Lumesden, an Episcopal clergyman, was acquitted, it appearing he had no connecion with the matter. A boy of 15 was also acquitted. on the 7th John Slevin was found guilty and sentenced to be hung on the 13th of December. On the 8th, Daniel Diamond was tried and acquitted.
