Edward Slevin, proprietor of the Slevin House, had a trial yesterday under the Adair law, on the suit of Mrs. Etta Damsel, for selling liquor to her husband, and was fined $125 and costs of the prosecution. Slevin and Damsel afterward had a hand to hand fight on the street, but nothing serious resulted.
