FOUND DROWNED.

The body of James Slavin, aged about 25 years, was found floating off the jetty at Point Ormond on Saturday. Slavin is believed to have been drowned about four days ago, and the police are making inquiries as to how he got into the water. It is thought that he was a gardener, but the police have not yet been able to ascertain whether he was married or single, or where he had resided.
