Frank Silverman, of 507 Carpenter street, who is wanted in Newark on the charged of stealing watches and jewelry from his employer, Benjamin Slavin, was captured at Germantown Junction yesterday afternoon by detectives Tate and Ulrick. He will have a hearing at the Central Station today.
