Ex-Jurist Indicted for Grand Larceny.

New York, Nov. 1.—Ex-Supreme Court Justice Thomas Fitzgerald, who was removed from the bench by the supreme court after charges had been made against him by the Brooklyn Bar association, was indicted for grand larceny Thursday by the grand jury of Richmond county. Margaret Slevin, of Yonkers, alleged that several years ago she gave Fitzgerald $1,000 to invest for her and that she had never received a cent of the money back. Fitzgerald has had charge of several estates in Richmond county.
