Case of the State vs. Pat Brennan, for perjury, in swearing before the City Court on the 14th of April last, that Michael Kensler, William Kensler, and John Slaven, threw stones through his windows. The whole difficulty is but a part of a long feud between the Brennans and the Kenslers. We haven't made a special inquiry, but it is likely that the merits of the feud reach far back into the days of Malachi, of the Emerald isle, who wore the co11ar of gold.
