Killed by Whisky.

A Quart of Liquor Caused the Death of a 3-Year-Old Boy.

Mrs. Mary Slavin, of 18 South Eighth street, Camden, left her 3 1/2-year-old boy Edward and a pint of whisky in the house when she went out on an errand at 9 o'clock yesterday morning. When she returned the whisky had disappeared and the little boy lay unconcious on the floor.

The mother hurried over to the Cooper Hospital with the child. A stomach pump brought up most of the whisky, but the child died at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
