Striking Miners at Stearns are Indicted.

Simpsons, Slavins, West and George Stanley Charged With Murder.

Richmond, Ky., Jan. 28-- The grand jury sworn for the special term of Federal Court, in session here, made its report and was discharged this afternoon.

Indictments charging conspiracy and murder were found against Berry Simpson, his two sons, Jesse and Harvey, Reuben West, George Stanley, and Oliver and Elisha Slavin. These men are charged with banding together for the purpose of intimidating, which action resulted in a fight Christmas day at Stearns, in which Deputy Marshal Mullins and a miner named Ross was killed.
