Fresno, May 10-- Four charged with having or selling opium appeared in police court today. Tom Garrigan and James Slaven, messenger boys, pleaded guilty and were released on 100 days suspended sentence. Earl Finnerty, another messenger boy, was released, as the inspector said it was a case of mistaken identity. Yat Low, a Chinese accused of having opium in his possession, pleaded guilty anmd was fined $100.
