Messrs. J. and T. Slevin received a telegraph dispatch from Louisville yesterday which stated the body of Edward Slevin was found in the river at Louisville early yesterday morning, and was identifed only by the watch and keys. It was so decomposed that he could not have been otherwise recognized. The body will be immediately brought to this city for interment.
