Run Down by a Train.

Chicago, June 27-- Mrs. Inholsen, her two children and another child named Slavin, were run into by an incoming milk train on the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy at 9:30 o'clock this forenoon, while crossing the track in a buggy. The children were killed, their mother badly injured and the Slavin child, aged 11, fatally wounded. The gateman at the Millard avenue crossing, James Webster, was arrested. He claims he made an attempt to lower the guards, but the people who witnessed the accident affirm that the protecting bars were elevated throughout the accident.
