Cincinnati, March 23-- Judge Swing, of the United States Court, today confirmed the private sale of the property belonging to the Slevin estate, situated at the junction of Broadway, Seventy-eighth avenue and Fiftieth street, New York city. The property was sold by the trustees of the estate to William H. Vanderbilt for $200,000 cash.
