We being called upon to appriase a stray mare, taken up by John Henderson, do find her to be a strawberry roan, 5
years old, with a bald face, the near side of her jaw white, blind of the off eye, her off fore foot white, a black
streak down the half of her near hind leg, white to the staffle joint, 13 hands 3 inches high, her tail docked--
appraised to $25, by us John Black and Abraham Pratt, May 6, 1815.
