Striker at Youngstown is Fatally Stabbed.

Youngstown, Ohio, Aug. 31-- The first serious outbreak between the strikers and workers of the American Sheet & Tin Plate company, at Struthers, occurred tonight, when Fred Slaven, a striker, was fatally stabbed.

Further trouble was averted by the prompt arrival of Sheriff Turner and his deputies and Chief William Griffin, of the United States Steel corporation's police force.
