Services for Isreal Slavin, 67, of the Blackstone hotel, who died Tuesday in Beverley Hills, California, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel at 5306 Broadway. He was founder and president of the Automobile Forwarding company, and former owner of the Blackstone Theatre and other theatrical enterprises. Surviving are a son, Jerry, and a daughter, Paula Jean.
