With regret we chronicle the death of Miss Mary Slevin, oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Slevin, of near Truesdale, whose untimely death occurred on last Thursday in St. Louis, at the age of 22 years. Miss Slevin was sick only a short time with typhoid fever and her unexpected death causes deep sorrow among her many friends and acquaintances. Her remains were brought to Truesdale on Friday morning and the interment took place on the same day at the Catholic cemetery in Truesdale. Rev. Father Eadell of St. Peters conducted the funeral services. We extend to the bereaved relatives our heartfelt sympathy in their deep distress and sad hour.
