Petty Thefts.

Justice Daily this morning discharged Rosanna Halpin and Thomas Slavin from arrest on non-appearance of respective complaints against them. Rosanna was accused of purloining several items of clothing worth $2 from Ellen Grennan, while Slavin, who is a waiter in the saloon at the corner Grand and First streets, E.D., was charged with the theft of an undershirt, the property of Mr. Eagen, his employer.
