Robbing a Soldier.

John Slaven, a soldier, was arrested yesterday, on a complaint of Arthur Mark, a sergeant of marines, stationed at the U.S. Barracks on Flushing avenue, who charges Slavin (sic) with stealing from him $85. At the time of his arrest $56 of the money was found in his possession, and it is assumed he spent the remainder. Officer Hughes, of the 43d, made the arrest.
