Fired Three Shots at Him.

Hugh Slavin, of 93 Congress street, got very drunk last night and wandered into the hallway of 125 Tillary street at 4 o'clock this morning, thinking it was his own home. Mr. Brown, who lives at the house, was awakened by the noise. He took Slavin for a burglar and fired three shots at him. None of them struck him, but Officer Moran arrested him. Justice Walsh fined him $1 this morning.
